Trial settings
These settings control the public trial sign-up form that prospects use to register for a trial session on your website or at a kiosk. Every sign-up arrives as a lead in your club.
Navigate to Settings > Trial to configure the form. You then manage incoming sign-ups under Leads and Trial classes.
Date selection
You decide how prospects pick a time:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Sign up any time | Prospects can register without choosing a specific class; you schedule the session yourself afterwards. |
| Allow time/class selection | Prospects pick a suitable class session straight from the timetable (only sessions that accept leads are shown). |
| Mandatory date selection | Choosing a session is required before the form can be submitted. |
Required fields & self sign-up
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Phone required | Makes a phone number mandatory on the form. |
| Minimum self sign-up age | Sets the age from which prospects may sign up on their own. Younger prospects need a guardian (payer), in line with the chosen member demographic. |
