Core setup
App settings
App settings control how the mobile app behaves for your members -- from cancelling a membership to checking in, the feed, and which financial information is shown. The settings are grouped into sections and apply to every member of your club.
Navigate to Settings > App settings to configure these options. Click Save after making your changes.
Membership
Controls which self-service membership actions are available to members in the app:

| Allow cancellation | Lets members cancel their membership from the app. |
| Show contract download | Lets members download their membership contract from the app. |
Pauses are managed by the club
Membership pauses are not a self-service feature in this section -- they are created by trainers and admins from a member's membership. A pause skips billing during the pause period and can optionally extend the contract.
Features
Enables or disables app features around classes and profiles:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Check-in | Allows members to check in to classes from the app. |
| Show class capacity | Displays available spots and total capacity for each class. |
| Show other members in classes | Displays which other members are attending a class in the schedule. |
| Profile picture upload | Controls when members can upload or replace their profile picture. Choose Always or Only when empty (allowed only while no picture is set yet). |
Communication
Controls the social features of the app:

|---|---|
| Feed | Enables the feed so members can see announcements and updates. |
| Allow comments | Lets members comment on posts. This option is only visible when the feed is enabled. |
| Messenger | Enables direct messaging so members can chat with the club and each other. |
Billing
Controls which financial information is shown to members in the app:

|---|---|
| Hide financial information | Hides all amounts, prices, and invoices from the mobile app. Useful for clubs whose billing runs entirely in the background. |
| Invoice history | Shows members their past invoices in the app. |
Graduation
Controls the visibility of graduation features:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Show graduation features | Displays belt information and promotion tools in the app. |
| Show belt progress | Displays class attendance progress towards the next belt. This option only appears when graduation features are enabled. |
Timeslot Swap
Only for timeslot-based memberships
This section only appears when your club lets members pick memberships by time slots. For other membership selection modes it is hidden.
Lets members exchange a missed or unused time slot for another session:

|---|---|
| Timeslot swap | Turns the feature on. The options below only appear once it is enabled. |
| Allow cross-class | Allows redeeming a credit in a different class than the original. |
| Enforce capacity | Prevents swaps into sessions that are already full. |
| Expiry (days) | How many days a swap credit stays valid. |
| Max credits per month | The cap on how many credits a member can earn per month. |
